I made this tonight. It was really good, and I didn't change a thing. Very flavorful and I always love meals that have protien, grains and veggies all in one. My only gripe would be that it kind of took forever. I probably spent about 2.5 hours doing food prep, assembling and doing pre-dinner dishes. Very tasty, but I'm glad I have 7 tupperwares of leftovers, so I won't have to spend that amount of time in the kitchen again. Thank you for the recipe.
